Education: Attended University of Louisville on National Merit Finalist Scholarship, graduated in 1985, B.A. in Anthropology. Graduated Boston College Law School, J.D. 1988. Law school honors: Winner, 1987 Grimes Moot Court Competition; Winner, 1987 Grimes Moot Court Best Oralist; Winner, 1987 award for Outstanding Second Year Student, Oral Advocacy. Admitted to practice New York, 1989; Massachusetts, 1990; Illinois, 1993.

Publications: Presenter and author at 2000 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers convention session on hiring and retaining outstanding "superstar" associates. Co-author with firm members on recent articles for presentation at various educational seminars, including American Institute of Certified Public Accountants/American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, National Conference on Divorce: Property and Complex Financial Issues: "Entity vs. Personal Goodwill," Las Vegas, Nevada (May 2002) (with Michael J.
